Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data integration solutions across multiple business applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation best practices, as well as experience with ETL design, development, and performance tuning.

  • Develop and enhance data integration mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
  • Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  • Support month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects.

Requirements

  1. 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
  2. Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  3. Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  4. Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  5. Experience handling large-scale data.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with Informatica upgrades and migration projects.
  2. Familiarity with legacy systems (e.g., FAME, MAGIC, Medea).

Work Model & Shift Coverage

  1. Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts (APAC, IST, UK) to support global operations.
  2. Willingness to provide on-call support during critical activities.
