Job Description:

As a change management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives by driving employee adoption and usage.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create and implement effective change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.

You will work closely with senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill their roles as change sponsors, providing coaching and guidance to ensure smooth transitions.

In addition, you will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, applying structured methodologies and leading change management efforts.

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support communication efforts, including designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input and document requirements for training programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a minimum of 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.

Techno-commercial knowledge and change management certification (Prosci) are highly desirable. Consulting experience in change management is essential, while supply chain/S4 Hana experience is an added advantage.
