Senior Automated Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
- Develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
- Configure and schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions.
- Analyse test results, triage failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
- Write clear, maintainable, and reusable test code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.
- 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
- Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript, with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
- Experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, artifacts, and test plans.
- Working knowledge of AWS: provisioning, IAM, and basic troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
