Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Controller to oversee financial planning and performance for wind energy and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and control of accounts payable/receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects.
  • Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Evaluate project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 7–10 years of financial experience, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficient in financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
