Senior Vice President, Tax Reporting and Compliance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to join our Tax Operations team at BNY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction to multiple teams responsible for preparing and maintaining tax and regulatory records, returns, and reports for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tax and regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Design and implement metrics to measure team performance and client satisfaction.
- Present analysis and recommendations to clients on regulatory changes and client-specific fund changes.
- Oversee the allocation of resources across multiple teams and processes to ensure efficient and effective tax and regulatory reporting.
- Partner with Corporate Tax to monitor the regulatory landscape and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead the development of recommended process changes and implement them across the organization.
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize their individual contribution and professional growth.
- Manage multiple teams of Tax Reporting and Compliance professionals and support staff, ensuring the achievement of team goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 13+ years of total work experience and 5-6 years of management experience preferred.
- Experience in tax reporting and analysis preferred.
