UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to join our team. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centred design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have a balance of design thinking, visual craft, and hands-on experience with end-to-end product and interface design.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • A strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • The ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
