IT Auditor

About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an IT Auditor to join our Finance and Audit organization. As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for planning and performing detailed internal control reviews and audits of various information systems, primarily SAP. You will also evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, adherence to established policies and procedures, and adherence to regulatory guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in functional work performed for audits and internal reviews related to information systems, processes, and controls throughout the Crop and Seed Businesses.
• Assist in the planning and scoping of assigned audits. Responsible for learning and implementing technology-based audit ensuring that company process and procedures are performed for the opening, closing, and status of audits by the project team.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, adherence to established policies and procedures, and adherence to regulatory guidance.
• Discuss irregularities, exceptions, and deficiencies discovered during the audit with the area's managers.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required. CISA, MBA, MSA, CFE, CIA, CPA or CISSP, or other related professional certifications are preferred. Strong Communication skills both written and verbal are necessary. 2+ years of demonstrated experience in audit, accounting, finance. Internal or external audit experience required. Big 4 or public accounting experience a plus.
