Business Intelligence Analyst Role:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to lead the analysis of complex data sets, drive business growth through informed decision-making, and contribute to the development of actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive data analytics strategies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across business channels
  • Analyze customer segments to inform targeted marketing initiatives
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data standards and best practices
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Tableau Qualified Associate Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL, Postgres, and RedShift a plus
  • Strong Excel modeling skills, data mining, and scenario analysis capabilities
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
