Windows Enterprise System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead projects and deliver solutions through completion as a Windows System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience leading projects and delivering solutions through completion with strong problem-solving skills.
- At least 2+ years of experience working in a public cloud environment with expertise in cloud migration and deployment.
- 3+ years of experience managing and deploying Windows OS servers, preferably in a production environment with a focus on server security and performance.
- 3+ years of experience managing and deploying Windows domains, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IIS with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- 3+ years of experience installing/configuring server hardware and OS with knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- 5+ years of experience managing and deploying virtual environments with expertise in virtual machine management and monitoring.
- 2+ years of experience managing physical storage and SAN with strong understanding of data storage and backup solutions.
- 3+ years of experience managing and deploying blade servers/Enterprise Compute with expertise in high-performance computing and data center operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must have good attention to detail and the ability to make timely and informed decisions.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and able to work with a distributed team in multiple time zones.
- Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and SNMP with expertise in network security and configuration.
- Be a self-starter who is proactive, motivated, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Chef or similar technologies with strong understanding of automation and scripting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with strong understanding of Windows operating systems and server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and server administration with expertise in patch management and security updates.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms with strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
