Job Overview

Seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media efforts across Google, Meta, YouTube & SEO platforms. Key objectives include maximizing ROI, enhancing lead quality and driving patient traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Monitor daily spend, cost per lead, conversion rates and take corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager and UTM tagging.
  • Drive A/B testing for creative assets, targeting and landing pages.
  • Review lead quality and coordinate with CRM to improve appointment conversions.
  • Manage agency relationships with weekly performance reviews and clear KPIs.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to rank for key specialties and geographies.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making and excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and GA tools.
