Artificial Intelligence Leader

We are looking for an experienced leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools.
  • They will also be responsible for implementing scalable Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases.
  • In addition, the candidate will work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption.
  • They will also build and maintain agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries.
  • The successful candidate will fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability.
  • Furthermore, they will collaborate with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and infrastructure teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.
  • Finally, they will continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
