Job Title: Senior Pastry Production Manager

The central kitchen is a vital operational unit responsible for delivering high-quality products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
  • Lead a team of bakers and production staff to achieve desired productivity levels
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance overall performance
  • Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene throughout the production area
  • Control costs associated with operations and inventory management
  • Deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and quantity
  • Establish effective employee relations and communication strategies

Candidate Profile: A hotel management graduate with at least 18 years of experience and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a team effectively.
