">The IAM Specialist: Governance & Compliance role is crucial to our IS&T department. We require an experienced resource who can develop strong expertise on identities and accesses governance, ensuring compliance with the IAM security policy.
">This includes defining global processes for managing user accounts and identities in the IT landscape, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and contributing to the design and implementation of IAM mechanisms on tools and architectures.
">You will also participate in the functional and technical roadmap, lead external resources supporting the Alstom IAM program, and ensure relations with external parties with support from sourcing and legal teams.
">Key Responsibilities

- Drive business, IT, and Security teams to comply with applicable IAM policy, standards, and instructions.">
- Collaborate with the IAM team to design and deploy monitoring and control systems based on IAM policy and instructions.">
- Ensure critical applications are well integrated with IAM control and governance, featuring access review, approval workflow, and adherence to policy and instruction.">
- Develop and maintain measurable IAM security metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.">
- Maintain awareness of IAM policy and instructions among business, technical, architecture, infrastructure, and end-user support.">
- Develop and maintain measurable KPIs to showcase IAM governance performance.">
- Analyse internal and external threats, recommending remediation actions based on IAM capability.">
- Perform IAM audit/gap assessments of internal systems and processes, providing recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities.">

Tech Requirements
">To excel in this position, you need:
">A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field.
">Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IAM Security governance, preferably with knowledge of IAM domains (SSO, IGA, PKI).
">Professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, CEH, GIAC, CISM, etc., will be advantageous.
">Hands-on experience with IAM solutions within Saviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure, or other IAG solutions.
">Experience maintaining ISO 27001 for IAM scope.
">Proficient hands-on experience and understanding of various security tools and technologies.
">Demonstrated leadership experience in IAM and Audit.
">Continuous learning drive, results-orientation, teamwork, professional communication, adaptability, and a keen understanding of identity and access management concepts.
