Job Opportunity for a French Language Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our procurement operations, including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

About the Role:
  • We require strong translation and communication skills in French and English.
  • Internal teams need assistance with French documentation, email handling, and communication.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.
  • Support is needed with procurement or supply chain tasks.
  • Data accuracy and adherence to internal processes are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum B2 level of French language certification is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French are necessary.
  • A strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are crucial.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts would be advantageous.
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa is a plus.
