**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design and develop cloud-based software applications using Java 8+ and Kotlin.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SpringBoot, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure, and microservices architecture.

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to work on developing RESTful APIs, using Docker containers, and contributing to eCommerce domain knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications using Java 8+
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using SpringBoot
  • Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features
  • Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, project managers, SAs, Tech Leads, QAs, and architects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Java 8+ and Kotlin programming languages
  • Experience with SpringBoot and cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with eCommerce (especially Cart & Checkout) domain knowledge
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API gateways
  • Knowledge of Docker containers and containerization
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
