Corporate Relations and Placement Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and acquire new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conducting regular meetings with prospective clients to showcase our manpower resources and services
  • Screening and sharing relevant candidate profiles with clients, collecting their feedback and recommendations
  • Providing training sessions to improve candidate skills, including interview preparation, resume building, and mock interviews
  • Supporting stakeholders in finding the best placement opportunities for their candidates
  • Organizing and conducting events such as on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, and recruiter meetups
  • Collecting feedback, reviews, and referrals from students to ensure continuous improvement of our services
  • Monitoring and implementing organizational policies, addressing any grievances or concerns with a positive and unbiased approach
