Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for overseeing the data management function. It entails ensuring accurate and timely collection, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting of client and policy data to the portal. The individual will also maintain good relations with corporate, clients, TPA, and insurance companies for smooth endorsement/policy operations.

To achieve these goals, the following responsibilities need to be fulfilled:

  • Collect, collate, reconcile, and upload client and policy data to the portal on time.
  • Gather, store, and prepare required reports as per business requirements.
  • Develop reports according to business needs.
  • Timely add, delete, and correct endorsements.
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis using Excel tools.
  • Intimate monthly client data to insurers post QC and calculation.
  • Follow up with insurers for endorsement closure within the TAT period.
  • Construct forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms.
  • Present reports monthly, quarterly, or as requested with issues, observations, or outcomes specified.
  • Monitor team performance, improve, and mentor team members.
  • Develop client services and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any background, General Insurance certifications advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in General Insurance (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA).
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience handling data management portals, preferably SAIBA.
  • 3-5 years managing considerable team sizes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office.
  • Good Team Management, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions.
  • Ability to work on large data sets across multiple systems.
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
