Hostel Caretaker

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostel. The ideal candidate will be able to manage daily activities, ensure student discipline, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hostel operations">
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the hostel premises">
• Handle student grievances and provide support when needed">
• Coordinate with college management for student welfare and hostel facilities">

Eligibility Criteria:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in hostel management">
• Proactive, approachable, and responsible attitude">
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities">

Preference: Female candidates with leadership and problem-solving abilities will be given preference.
