Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled senior financial strategist to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain compliance with statutory accounts, local requirements, and international standards.
- Monitor all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
- Manage working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
- Deliver value-added business analysis and define meaningful financial metrics.
- Prepare consolidated management reports for senior leadership.
Requirements and Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
