Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers as required to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Provide support for account recovery and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with experience in customer service and experience in credit cards/banking/customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to provide great customer experience/solve customer issues/upsell.
  • Capacity to work on a computer efficiently for extended periods of time.
  • Meeting the process CTQ's on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services role.
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
  • Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent.
