We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality release of our software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and document automated test cases within a defined framework to assure the quality of a functional domain.
  • Create new test cases based on requirements documents and guidance from the Product and Development teams.
  • Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated tests using OpenText Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Report and manage software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of general Quality Assurance experience with multi-tiered complex trading and/or risk management systems in the financial industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with UFT and other automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
