Job Title: SAP HANA Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Developer to join our team at Arting Digital. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces within SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces within SAP HANA
  • Create and maintain data models using Core Data Services (CDS) views
  • Develop Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services
  • Analyze and optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and efficiency, particularly for HANA databases
  • Implement best practices for coding and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA
  • Integrate SAP systems with third-party applications through APIs, web services, and IDoc interfaces
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Document technical specifications, design documents, and development processes
  • Identify and resolve issues related to ABAP programs and HANA database queries
  • Provide support for system upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility and functionality
  • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices related to ABAP and HANA development
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming
  • Experience with SAP HANA database
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
  • Familiarity with SAP development tools (e.g., Eclipse-based ADT), SAP Fiori, and SAP Gateway
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
