Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned automotive engineering professional to lead our body-in-white structure design and development team. As a Senior Automotive Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of innovative BIW components using cutting-edge CAD design tools.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of passenger car BIW structure and assembly, as well as expertise in mechanical engineering principles and practices. A strong background in project management and team leadership is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BIW component designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in automotive engineering.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on passenger car BIW structure and assembly.

  • Strong knowledge of CAD design, parametric modeling, surface modeling, and manufacturing simulations.
