Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, focusing on process improvements and vendor management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end P2P operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payments
  • Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships for SLA adherence and long-term partnerships
  • Resolve vendor disputes while balancing compliance and vendor satisfaction
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in P2P operations
  • Lead a team, ensure accountability, and performance metrics, as well as support employee development
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders for seamless P2P operations

Requirements:

  • 12-16 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP tools, such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution, vendor relationship management, and SLA governance
  • Experience in shared services, GCC, eCommerce, BFSI, or retail is preferred
