Real Estate Development Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our luxury real estate endeavors in the thriving tricity area. As Vice President Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the vision of our company.

Your Role
As Vice President, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing strategic plans to establish Ginni Housing as a leader in luxury real estate.
- Leading all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisition, project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and project efficiency.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, CP networks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Developing and monitoring financial models to ensure project profitability and sustainability.
- Representing the company in high-level negotiations and industry events, strengthening brand presence and reputation.
- Driving innovation and operational excellence across all projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, sales, or business strategy.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the tricity real estate market and its dynamics.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies that deliver results.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits
