Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Project Manager to lead our solar project execution from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  2. Oversee the installation, wiring, earthing, and panel inverter setup of solar systems, conduct testing and commissioning with proper documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols.
  3. Cordinate with DISCOM and other authorities for net-metering applications and approvals, ensure successful system integration with the grid, and complete handover to clients.
  4. Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure efficient execution, coordinate with procurement logistics for timely availability of materials, and manage vendor relationships for smooth project support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar project installation, commissioning, and net-metering
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, BOS components, and electrical works
  • Proven experience in project management, team handling, and vendor coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance
