Our goal is to develop and implement advanced language models.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be working on fine-tuning and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and NLP models for real-world applications.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines.

Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics.

Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architectures.

Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize LLMs for real-world applications
  • Integrate LLMs into production-grade systems
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and developers
  • Evaluate model performance
  • Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks
  • Document best practices

Requirements and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
  • Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LLaMAIndex, or similar
  • Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation
  • Good to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms
