Financial Researcher Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Researcher to evaluate and rate financial products/services offered by UK-based banks and institutions.

About the Role

The role involves research, analysis, and providing insights to help customers make informed financial decisions through product/service ratings (including mystery shopping). The researcher will analyze terms and conditions documents and financial offerings, maintain and update rating sheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and ensure the Insight Portal is up-to-date with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and gather data for product/service ratings.
  • Analyze T&C documents and financial offerings to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Update rating sheets in real-time using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the Insight Portal accurate and informative.
  • Track market trends and refine rating methodologies to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in banking, insurance, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
