Job Description

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Teamcenter solutions that drive enterprise-wide scalability, performance, and maintainability.

You will develop comprehensive solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints, providing expert guidance on Teamcenter best practices, integration strategies, and technology selection.

Leading the development of custom solution designs and definitions for large-scale, strategic projects, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business goals and challenges.

Conducting in-depth client assessments and requirements gathering sessions, you will develop and present strategic solution proposals and recommendations.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, you will architect and implement advanced Active Workspace configurations and customizations.

Designing and implementing complex server-side customizations to enhance core Teamcenter functionality, you will utilize and optimize Teamcenter integration frameworks like T4EA, T4S, and T4O.

Ensuring seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems, you will lead the architectural vision and implementation of large-scale Teamcenter projects.

Driving project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement, you will manage architectural risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project delivery.

Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, staying abreast of the latest PLM trends and technologies.

Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM practice.

Share knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.

  • 10-15 years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing Teamcenter solutions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Extensive experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
  • Deep understanding of server-side Teamcenter customizations.
  • Proven experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks (T4EA, T4S, T4O).
  • Strong PLM functional and technical skills.
  • Advanced certifications in Teamcenter or related PLM technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based Teamcenter deployments and architectures.
  • Experience with leading large, multi-year PLM transformation projects.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
