Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our iPhone Enclosures manufacturing operations, on-ground at partner factories in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance and developing production schedules to meet our needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operational aspects of running iPhone Enclosures manufacturing operations
  • Develop production schedules and plan demand/supply
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to ramp and production schedules
  • Manage commercial engagement with partner factories, including capital costs and part pricing
  • Identify and implement operational improvements
  • Act as a liaison between teams; communicate targets and drive solutions
  • Prepare and present status reports to executive teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing operations, with a strong engineering or product development background
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, mechanical development, or manufacturing practices/techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with OEMs and Contract Manufacturers in the Consumer Electronics Industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence across multiple functional teams
  • Top-notch analytical/negotiation skills
