User Experience Designer - Webflow Specialist

At our forward-thinking organization, we're seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer and Webflow specialist to drive the creation of innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UX/UI design principles, with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

This exciting role combines the skills of a UX designer and web developer, requiring a creative thinker who can translate complex concepts into simple, engaging experiences. You'll be responsible for designing and building complex websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. They'll also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Complex Websites: Utilize Webflow to create dynamic, interactive websites that exceed user expectations.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct thorough user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication of design requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Expertise in UX/UI Design: A strong portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Webflow Development: 2+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
