Job Title: Quality Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and management in customer relationship management processes.

The successful candidate will conduct quality audits, analyze CRM data, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement methods, track and report on key quality metrics, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate compliance with quality and sales guidelines to maintain high standards
  • Identify training needs and recommend process improvements to enhance agent performance
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents to optimize their skills
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits to track performance trends and prepare quality dashboards
  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance agent performance and drive business results
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and reporting skills to track performance trends, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams and management, and proficiency in quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
