Drive Business Outcomes through Data-Driven Insights

As a Product Success Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered learning by driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement dashboards on PostHog and Retool to analyze funnels, campaigns, and user behavior, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance metrics across product and growth teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including cohort creation, Meta setup, and post-campaign analysis.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in SQL and Excel, with ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively.
  • Experience in creating engaging dashboards on PostHog/Mixpanel, with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong passion for data analysis and taking action on insights, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to own problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Broad knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with basic proficiency in Javascript/Python programming languages.
