About the Role

This Compliance and Reporting Analyst position plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines. As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for generating, tracking, and submitting reports to various constituencies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Reporting and Analysis: Support the analysis and submission of reports to local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc., based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting.
  2. Closing the Books: Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period.
  3. Clerical Assignments: Perform relatively complex clerical assignments to support the team's objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience (1-3 years).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
