Interior Design Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design process, from conceptualization to completion.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing a team of designers, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of interior designers to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
