Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer support representative to provide exceptional service to our clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
