Job Title: Visionary Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative creative leader to spearhead our AI Studio, combining traditional design sensibilities with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences across digital, print, and immersive media.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the intersection of creativity and technology, with the ability to drive innovation in design and storytelling by integrating AI tools into creative workflows.

About the Role
  • Creative Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop strategic direction for the AI Studio, aligning with business objectives and ensuring the creative vision is consistently executed across all projects.
    • Conceptualize big ideas and translate them into executable creative strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Project Execution & Oversight:
    • Lead end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution across campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Oversee production of high-quality digital content, motion graphics, videos, and immersive experiences using AI and conventional tools.
  • AI & Technology Integration:
    • Stay ahead of trends in AI design tools and guide the team in using AI tools to accelerate creativity without compromising originality.
    • Develop scalable frameworks for AI-based content creation, including branding, marketing assets, UI/UX visuals, and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with at least 3+ years leading AI or tech-driven creative projects.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and integration of AI tools in creative workflows.
