About this Role

This is a key leadership position within the Engineering team, responsible for building and scaling complex systems to support business growth.

The successful candidate will be a technical expert with hands-on experience in designing and developing end-to-end systems, including data models, production code, and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust and scalable systems that meet business requirements.
  • Built AI platform capabilities, high-throughput content processing, identity, privacy, and trust features.
  • Create a unified data platform to normalize external data, model entities/relationships, and expose clean APIs.
  • Develop product surfaces, including mobile apps and web dashboards, with reliability and performance considerations.
  • Establish operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, automated testing, incident management, and release planning.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
  • Experience with database design and implementation using PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development using Flutter and web development using ReactJS.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling, including OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector search (pgvector/Pinecone), and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in building production systems as a primary builder.
  • Strong systems thinking, including data modeling, performance optimization, and failure handling.
  • Security and privacy expertise, including PII handling, consent flows, and audit trails.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with ability to create clear and concise documentation.
