Expert Visual Communicator Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced designer to lead the creation of visually engaging designs and user interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, a keen eye for detail, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Ensure all designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
  • Design pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma or similar tools.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability and engage users.
  • Maintain consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind.
  • Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.
  • Communicate design rationale and present work clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
