Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and designing solutions for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and more.

The ideal candidate will have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and more.
  • Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives that effectively convey our clients' messages and captivate target audiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines and messaging across all design projects.
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Design graphics for a range of platforms, including digital, social media, print, and web.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX/UI designers, and marketing strategists, to create integrated campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a branding, creative, digital, or marketing agency.
  • Experience designing for healthcare and/or technology companies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design.
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
