**Job Description**:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our technology initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering crypto and tokenization projects, overseeing backend systems, and ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our software infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain systems, strong knowledge of React.js, and experience in full-stack development. They will also possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical requirements in simple, actionable terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical development and delivery of crypto and tokenization projects
  • Optimize existing backend systems for stability, scalability, and security
  • Oversee in-house software infrastructure (servers, APIs, databases, integrations, DevOps)
  • Maintain and deploy blockchain applications and smart contracts
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools and emerging technologies
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks in projects and propose practical solutions
  • Document technical processes and workflows to ensure scalability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a developer with strong knowledge of crypto, tokenization, and blockchain systems
  • Strong knowledge of React.js for building front-end user interfaces
  • Experience in full-stack development (PHP + React preferred)
  • Strong understanding of automation and technologies
  • Ability to manage and maintain servers and IT infrastructure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to communicate complex technical requirements in simple, actionable terms
