Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP S/4HANA and associated tools, with a proven track record in Pre-Sales, RFP responses, and client presentations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive SAP delivery and portfolio growth across various industries.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and client workshops.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and solution roadmaps tailored to client needs.
  • Leverage SAP Signavio for process modeling, transformation, and business process optimization.
  • Apply deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (RISE/GROW, Joule) to design and deliver customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and technical teams to build and expand the SAP services portfolio.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to position SAP as a key driver of business transformation.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by overseeing end-to-end project execution, risk management, and quality assurance.

Required Expertise:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in delivery/portfolio leadership roles.
  • Proven success in pre-sales and business development, including RFP responses and solution pitches.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (latest versions), SAP Signavio, and exposure to Joule.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and other S/4HANA project tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore models.
  • Strong portfolio management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
