Job Overview

As a senior data engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of scalable and high-performance data platforms and advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering Strategy & Innovation:

  • Practice Development & Talent Growth:
    • Cultivate and scale a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers.
    • Create internal training programs and career pathways to upskill talent in data engineering, ML modeling, and analytics.
    • Establish a comprehensive framework for knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
