Job Description:

  • As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, you will lead the delivery of integrated business solutions for multiple projects across various industries while working with program managers, functional owners, service providers, and other team members.
  • You will own complete sales & distribution module solutions for end-to-end business processes, including prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, and documentation, as well as post-go-live support, including interfaces and cross-module integration.
  • You will be accountable for commercial-related interfaces with external systems and cross-module integration with other SAP modules.
  • You will ensure the quality of solutions delivered by programs and operations teams.
  • You will drive SAP best practices standards across the organization's SAP landscape, ensuring efficient and maintainable solutions.
  • You will engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process optimization.
  • You will ensure the delivery of compliant business solutions that meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • You will monitor new developments in SAP technology and explore opportunities for optimizing business processes.
  • You will maintain cross-functional business domain knowledge.
  • You will implement industry best practices to enhance capabilities and effectiveness.
  • You will maintain effective relationships across distributed functional and global teams to build integrated solutions.
  • You will assist leadership in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy by aligning SAP technology with business goals.

About This Role:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with excellent communication skills.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations, with at least 2-3 years of domain experience in sales & marketing.
  • Have proven experience in designing and configuring SAP ECC 6.0 Sales & Distribution functional modules, cross-functional business solutions, and system integrations.
  • Have knowledge/experience of sales and distribution modules.
  • PREFERRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE ON CS MODULE WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
  • Minimum 2-3 end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP.
