Conversational AI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI specialist to design, build and optimize conversational flows. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex conversational flows using RetellAI.com.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Conversational Flows: Develop complex conversational flows using RetellAI.com, handling multiple branches, edge cases and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Structured Dialogue Flows: Translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and users.
  • Integrate with External Platforms: Integrate RetellAI agents with external platforms via Make.com and/or n8n enabling seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
  • Debug and Refine Agent Behavior: Debug test and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Document Workflows and Best Practices: Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable agent builds ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency within the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Conversational AI: 2+ years of experience in conversational AI automation or related fields with a strong focus on RetellAI.com and conversational flow creation.
  • Expertise in RetellAI.com: Proven expertise with RetellAI.com specifically in conversational flow creation including single-prompt multi-prompt and complex setup configurations.
  • Make.com and/or n8n Experience: Experience with Make.com and/or n8n for workflow automation ensuring seamless integration with RetellAI agents.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Portfolio and Communication Skills: Evidence of completed projects portfolio demos or case studies showing real conversational flows as well as fluent English communication skills.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an hourly engagement model.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • CRM and Call Management System Experience: Experience integrating with CRMs booking platforms or call management systems expanding the scope of conversational AI applications.
  • Broad Perspective through Other AI Platforms: Familiarity with other AI platforms e.g. Dialogflow Voiceflow etc. for a broader perspective and innovative solutions.
