About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2D Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for bringing bold ideas to life across social content, product explainers & walkthroughs, and UI storytelling.

You will create animations that blend live video with graphics, craft scroll-stopping motion design for campaigns, and contribute to our product UI/UX storytelling.

  • Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and infographics that capture the essence of our brand
  • Design 2D animations (After Effects / Toon Boom) for social content and product explainers that resonate with our target audience
  • Combine live video and drone coverage footage with animated overlays and assets to tell compelling stories
  • Storyboard and develop video concepts with the content and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Optimize assets for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on UI animations, design systems, and interactive prototypes to deliver seamless user experiences
Requirements
  • Proficiency in 2D Animation (After Effects, Toon Boom)
  • Experience in motion graphics and storyboarding
  • Video editing skills (Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
  • Familiarity with generative tools (Runway ML, Veo3, GPT-based tools)
  • Visual design expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • UI/UX design knowledge with Figma/Adobe XD, component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS)
  • Ability to maintain design systems and responsive, accessible interfaces
  • Experience optimizing video assets across platforms
  • Collaboration using Zeplin, Storybook, or similar tools
