Senior Creative Strategist

The role of a Senior Creative Strategist is multifaceted, requiring a combination of creative vision and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and develop compelling showcases for pitches.
  • Present detailed creative plans and narrative scripts to clients for various campaigns.
  • Ensure that all creative work meets award-winning standards and identify opportunities for recognition through prestigious awards.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the Creative Lead, who offers guidance and direction for campaigns and other creative tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on daily tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Offer visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts generated by your team.
  • Break down complex briefs into manageable components for junior creatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Actively participate in the production process from idea generation to final product delivery, whether it's for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, and target audiences to ensure a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and online news to maintain a competitive edge.
