  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating directly with clients to gather requirements and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to identify marketing needs and translate them into technical solutions. Present findings, solution approaches, and progress updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Journey Development & Execution: Design, build, and execute end-to-end marketing journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio. Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and customer interactions across various channels. Regularly analyze and report on journey performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Technical Implementation: Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with existing CRM systems and third-party tools. Manage segmentation strategies, personalization, and automation to optimize marketing efforts. Ensure data quality, compliance, and security best practices are adhered to.
  • Process Documentation & Support: Document business processes, technical configurations, and user guides for stakeholders. Provide hands-on support and training to marketing teams on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively. Stay updated on new features and functionalities within the Salesforce ecosystem and recommend applicable enhancements.
