Job Title: .Net Microservices Technical Lead

As a seasoned .NET backend development expert, you will spearhead the design and implementation of robust backend services and APIs using cutting-edge AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.

  • Backend Development & Implementation: Develop scalable Web APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, leveraging domain-driven design principles and ensuring code quality through comprehensive testing and peer review participation.
  • Ai-Assisted Development: Learn and utilize AI-powered development tools for code generation and optimization, participating in AI-enhanced development workflows and best practices, and contributing to team knowledge sharing on AI tool effectiveness for backend development.
  • Quality & Performance: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests, optimize application performance and database queries, implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions, and follow coding standards and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of professional experience with .NET backend development.
  • 6+ years of production-level C# and ASP.NET Core Web API development.
  • 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and system design capabilities.
