Job Title: Salesforce Tester

FCM India, a leading travel management company, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in test planning and execution for Salesforce projects.
  • Conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Design and execute test cases using Zephyr Scale.
  • Identify, raise, and manage defects in collaboration with development and business analysts.
  • Communicate blockers and challenges to delivery leads promptly.
  • Automate regression scenarios using appropriate tools.
  • Report on test execution status and overall progress.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in functional and integration testing.
  • Strong skills in SIT, UAT, and regression testing, particularly with upstream and downstream dependencies.
  • Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, etc.).
  • Experience in API automation testing (e.g., ReadyAPI, RestAssured) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead test design activities and develop functional/integration test scenarios.
  • Familiarity with testing in Agile environments using a risk-based quality approach.
  • Experience with test and defect management tools such as Zephyr or JIRA.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with key project stakeholders.
